Pixalator offers a bilingual web platform designed to help educational organizations manage workshop curricula, instructor readiness, scheduling, technology resources, offline delivery materials, attendance, feedback, and program-performance reporting in one controlled environment.

The platform is intended to reduce reliance on disconnected documents, calendars, messages, and spreadsheets while supporting more consistent delivery and stronger operational visibility.

Platform capabilities and availability depend on project scope, implementation stage, and the lead organization’s operational requirements.

Bilingual Curriculum Governance

Version-controlled English/French workshop content, review, approval, publication, online/in-person variations, and human review of AI-assisted translations.

Instructor Readiness Management

Competencies, languages, training status, workshop authorizations, age-group readiness, and delivery-mode readiness.

Scheduling and Resource Coordination

Multi-session scheduling, instructor availability, language matching, locations, travel considerations, equipment availability, and conflict visibility. Managers retain final control.

This capability is optional and defined per project, where technically applicable.

Pixalator can support eligible applicants in defining curriculum scope, instructor-development plans, educational-resource requirements, evaluation frameworks, implementation schedules, and subcontractor documentation related to Pixalator’s proposed role.

Pixalator can structure its proposed scope and supporting estimates to align with applicable CanCode budget categories, including subcontractor services, instructor training and professional development, travel, and technological equipment or materials.

Rapid application-stage technical scoping and documentation support is available, subject to project complexity, information readiness, and current capacity.

Post-Funding Sustainability

Pixalator supports long-term program continuity by building the lead organization’s internal delivery capacity through reusable curriculum resources, live train-the-trainer programming, facilitator guides, implementation tools, evaluation frameworks, and ongoing technical coaching options.

Where included in scope, the Program Operations Platform can provide a structured environment for continuing curriculum, instructor, scheduling, resource, and reporting management after the funded implementation period.
